‘Huawei Benelux All of Flash Sales Performance Incentive Program’

These conditions apply to the 'Huawei Benelux All or Flash SPIF Sales Performance Incentive Program' B2B savings campaign organized by Huawei Technologies BV, located at Woluwelaan 2, 1150 Brussels, with company number BE 0550.614.956, hereinafter referred to as: 'Huawei Benelux’.

Article 1: General

  1. Any person who is employed during the promotional period by a company that is an active customer of the Enterprise division of Huawei Benelux is entitled to participate in this promotion.
  2. Employees of Huawei Benelux, external partners or other persons who are engaged to organize the promotion are excluded from participation.
  3. All persons who participate in an organized context or cooperate in any other way with a view to increasing their chances of winning or who are suspected of fraud by Huawei Benelux can be excluded from further participation in the promotion.
  4. By participating in this promotion, each participant accepts the terms and conditions and every decision of the organizers. In the event of a dispute, the organizers' decisions apply without recourse.

Article 2: Personal data

  1. To participate in the promotion, you may be asked to provide certain personal details (for example, name, first name, address, e-mail address, etc.).
  2. You guarantee that all data provided by you are correct, up-to-date and complete.
  3. The personal data that you provide to us will be used in accordance with our privacy statement at www.huawei.com/en/privacy-policy.

Article 3: Participation

  1. Participation in the promotion is only possible during the promotion period via the website www.huawei-partners.eu.
  2. You can participate in a valid way by registering fully at www.huawei-partners.eu.
  3. Your participation will only take effect after the validation by Huawei Benelux and the receipt of a confirmation email at the email address you registered.

Article 4: Promotional conditions

  1. This promotion runs from 15 May 2019, 00:00 until 31 December 2019, 24:00 in the geographical area of ​​Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  2. The promotion is only valid on the following Huawei Benelux products that are purchased within the promotion period mentioned above:
    - OceanStor Dorado3000 V3.
    - OceanStor Dorado5000 V3.
    - OceanStor Dorado6000 V3.
  3. With every purchase worth USD 1,000, 1 point is awarded to the person who ordered the purchase at Huawei Benelux and is registered as a participant in the promotion via the website huawei-partners.eu.
  4. Points are strictly personal and not transferable to another person within the same company or at another company.
  5. Points can be exchanged for prizes until the end of the promotional period on December 31, 2019, 24:00.
  6. The following prizes can be acquired upon reaching a certain number of points:
    - Category 1 - 100 points: Huawei P30 Pro Black.
    - Category 2 - 250 points: Huawei Matebook X Pro Mach-W19C Space Gray.
    - Category 3 - 500 points: Huawei HQ Enablement Trip.
  7. At the end of the promotion period on December 31, 2019, 24:00 the points of all participants will expire and no further claims can be made on prizes.

Article 5: Rewarding

  1. Upon reaching a certain number of points, the participant will be notified via a personal email to his registered email address.
  2. Each participant will be given the choice to either accept the prize in the Category achieved immediately or to keep its points and to continue saving for a prize in the higher Category.
  3. In the event that the participant decides to continue saving, his rights to a prize in the Category already achieved will stay valid.
  4. All prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Only 1 prize per Category can be claimed.
  6. In the event of a refusal or other reason for not awarding a prize, it will become the property of Huawei Benelux again.
  7. The images of the prizes are not binding. Huawei Benelux reserves the right to replace a prize with a similar product of the same value or to pay the equivalent of the product in cash.

Article 6: Liability and indemnity

  1. You acknowledge that participation in the promotion is entirely at your own risk.
  2. Huawei Benelux is not liable for any damage, direct and/or indirect, that is in any other way related to this promotion, including but not limited to:
    - the prizes rewarded to the participants.
    - changing, interrupting or terminating the promotion and/or changing the prizes.
    - the unauthorized use of its systems by a third party.

Article 7: Huawei Benelux rights

  1. Huawei Benelux reserves the right to terminate your participation in the promotion at any time if you act in any way contrary to these terms and conditions  without prior notice to you, without giving a reason, to its own insight and without Huawei Benelux being liable for this.
  2. Huawei Benelux also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to end, interrupt or change the promotion and/ or to change the prizes of the promotion if circumstances so require, without Huawei Benelux responsible for this.

Article 8: Contact

  1. All questions or comments about this competition will only be answered via info@huawei-partners.eu.
  2. Telephone questions regarding the conditions, the mechanism or the result of the promotion will not be answered.

  1. These conditions can be adjusted by Huawei Benelux at any time. We therefore recommend that you review the terms & conditions regularly.

  3. Belgian law applies to these terms & conditions and any disputes will be submitted to the courts that have territorial jurisdiction at the place where Huawei Benelux has its headquarters.
